Order Processing:

  • Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. 

Shipping:

  • Standard Shipping (Australia): 2-8 business days.
  • Express Shipping (Australia): 1-4 business days.
  • International Shipping: 6 - 27 business days.

Order Tracking:

  • Track your order using the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email.

Shipping Address:

  • Ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Damaged Packages:

  • If your package is lost or damaged during transit, contact us at tacticalstubbycoolers@gmail.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue. Please note, we are not liable for shipment delays or lost products once dispatched.
